Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes. We offer next working day delivery to UK Mainland on orders received by 11:00 GMT – Monday – Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays) at a cost of £5.95. You will be able to select this option in the checkout.
Do you deliver to Europe, USA and Rest of the World?
At the moment we are only delivering to UK Mainland.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal.
Will I receive an invoice?
We will send you an order confirmation and receipt to the email address you provided as part of the checkout process.
Why isn’t my card working?
We appreciate that this can be frustrating. There are a number of reasons as to why a card may not work or be declined.
We always suggest that the best thing to do is to check your details are correct and contact your bank. If no explanation can be found please contact our Customer Service team on 033 000 217 07.
How do I order online?
1. Find and add products to your shopping basket
Once on our website you can see a full range of the products we offer by selecting ‘Shop All’, or if you already know what you want, type it into our search bar. When you have chosen your product, click through and then add to your shopping basket. You will then see your product is added to your bag.
2. Checkout & choose your billing and delivery options
Once you have clicked ‘check out’ you will be asked to provide your details for billing and order updates.
If this is a gift, or you would like to have this delivered to a different address you can click on ‘Ship to a different address’ Here you have the option to add a gift message to your order before clicking to continue through to payment.
3. Order & payment
Once you click through you will see a summary of your order. You will be able to review all aspects of your order prior to entering any payment details. This will also confirm any item quantities, messages, vouchers, discounts and offers you have within your basket, whilst breaking down your delivery and gifting costs as well as VAT.
Once you are happy with your order you will be asked to enter your card details and billing information. (All major credit/debit cards are accepted). You can also pay with PayPal.

I placed an order but didn’t receive an order confirmation. Did you get my order?
Please check your junk email. If you still can’t find any order confirmation from us please call us on 033 000 217 07.
How do I find my order number?
Your order number can be found at the top of your order confirmation email.
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
This is only possible if your order has not been completed at our Despatch centre. You should immediately contact our Customer Service team on 033 000 217 07 with your order number.
We cannot change next days orders after 11:00 GMT on the day of order.
Any updates made to orders once received may incur an admin fee.
Can I order in any other way?

Can I have a product gift wrapped?

Are there age restrictions on certain products?
No. Our liqueur chocolates contain less than 200ml of alcohol per kilogram of chocolate which means that there are no age restrictions on our products.
