Please note that during our Black Friday event, deliveries may take a little longer than usual to reach you.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from the courier detailing delivery details. Please contact the courier in the first instance with any delivery queries.

We will always make every effort to deliver your order on time.

Sometimes we are affected by events beyond our control and in these circumstances we may have to extend our delivery periods.

Should this be the case we will update our website with details of any delays we are experiencing. If you have already ordered from us, you will be notified promptly by email.

At the moment we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

RETURNS

All of our products have been thoroughly transit tested and carefully packed to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, don’t worry we will replace or refund your order as appropriate.

Simply take some photographs of the damaged products and email us at shop@elizabethshaw.co.uk with your order number and contact details and we will be in touch.
